Studying with Valdine
In addition to teaching at Reed College, Valdine maintains a busy studio of advanced students and coaches the cellists of the Portland Youth Philharmonic. She specializes in preparing students for competitions and auditions, with members of her studio consistently securing finalist spots and earning leadership positions in local youth orchestras.
